About CCEE GOLD
CCEE GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) include any young professionals that wish to stay connected with the CCEE department and other alumni in the Des Moines metro area. GOLD provides opportunities to recruit, network, advocate and raise awareness for the department and engineering professions through:
- Department events
- Alumni and industry panels
- Classroom presentations
- Career Fair prep sessions
- Awards banquets
- Advisory councils

GOLD Planning Committee
Committee members assist in the planning of department alumni events, particularly in the Des Moines metro, for all civil, construction and environmental engineering alumni and friends. The committee meets once a month to discuss and organize future events including:
- Annual Bike Ride
- Zoo Brew
- Homecoming Tailgate
- Professional development talks
- and more!
