1996-Present, Associate Director for Policy, CTRE, Responsible for research, project management, and new proposal development in a variety of policy areas, including access management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), transportation and land use, and distance collaboration. Former director and currently educational coordinator for the Midwest Transportation Consortium.
