Our majors and programs are designed to prepare you for life after college through hands-on courses, co-ops and internships, and curriculum that includes the business side of engineering. We offer two undergraduate majors with several emphasis areas.
Iowa State's learning community programs are ranked among the top 25 in the United States. As a student in our department, you can participate in the Civil Engineering Keystone Learning Community or the Construction Engineering Cornerstone Learning Community.
