Research Objective: CTRE has developed CMAT. CMAT has mapping, query, and reporting tools which are extensible and configurable to work with analyze a variety of geo-referenced data. CTRE proposes to analyze the Highway Safety data collectionk processing, analysis and reporting requirements outlined by the Minessota DOT and to submit a version of CMAT supporting CMAT oepration with Minneosta hgihway safety data.
