A Warm Week

So far this week has been very warm out with temperatures today reaching to the low 70’s.  This is a stark difference to last week when it was rainy and even snowy last Saturday.  Last Thursday I had my steels exam during the evening and I am very glad I am done with that.  I studied for a very long time for that and I am pretty sure that it paid off; even though it was very long and kind of difficult, I feel that I didn’t do too horrible on it.  I also had an exam two days ago, Monday in CRP and that one was pretty difficult as well.  I didn’t get as much time to study since VEISHEA was last weekend; I basically studied for the entire day on Sunday.  But, there is some good news to the busy past few weeks; I have until next Friday until my next and last exam before finals.  The only things to put a damper on my being outside and riding bike all week are the steels project, CE 304 project, and various items of homework that need to get done.  The steels project needs to get done by next Wednesday so that is my number one priority as of now.

It is getting toward the end of the semester and it is very hard since it is getting warm out, to stay inside and study.  I have six finals during finals week and I am totally not looking forward to that coming up.  Six finals have never plagued me during finals week so I guess I will have to just start getting prepared earlier this semester.  I guess I will have to get all of my outside time in before dead week if I want to do well on finals.

    Dear Mitchell,

I'd like to invite you to participate in a research project I am conducting on study abroad blogs and bloggers for my Masters in International Education. If you are willing to help, please send me your email at jesse.delaughter@mail.sit.edu, and I will send you the interview questions. It will probably take you about 15 minutes to complete.

    Thanks!
