VEISHEA!
This week is VEISHEA and it’s close to one of my favorite weeks of the year. The only thing bad about it this year is the fact that I have an exam during it and an exam right after it. On Thursday I have the second Steels exam for the semester and I am already starting to gear up for it; I studied and looked over problems yesterday. I will be completely occupied with studying for that exam for the rest of the week with doing a small amount of other homework on the side. Even though I did decent on the first exam I really want to do well on this second one. The exam on the Monday after VEISHEA I have the second CRP exam. That one is going to be a little harder than the first one since many people did well on the first exam.
My normal routine for VEISHEA is to get everything done by that Friday but since I have two exams in the upcoming week I will more than likely have to study and do homework early Friday evening and Saturday during the day. On Saturday they have tents set up all over central campus displaying the different colleges, clubs, and organizations that are part of ISU. Also, that morning there is the parade which even though I am older, is still fun. The main thing I look forward to is hanging out with friends during the weekend. Sadly, because I have a lot of stuff to do, I won’t be able to do as much but hopefully I will be able to do some. I guess I’ll just get as much done as I can and see where that gets me.
